I would like to loose 24lb, but don't know whether to just count calories or do something like Slimming world or the 123 diet. Does anyone have any thoughts on the 123 plan? Hi, I am looking for a little advice please. My sodium levels for the past 3 days are: Monday - 877 Tuesday - 64 Wednesday - 165 This is obviously leaving me with heaps of sodium left. Does my sodium intake seem really low. Thanks
