No matter how hard I try, by the end of the day, I have 200-400 calories left! I usually burn around 300 calories in exercise. After dinner, I'm just never hungry. I'm never hungry through out the day. Does anyone else have this problem?
I am a huge fan of workout DVD's. They are less hassle than going to the gym, and you can get a really great workout! I do the Jillan Michael's 30 Day Shred on a regular basis, and I occasionally throw in Kickbox and Burn and No More Trouble Zones. What are your favorites?
