Best workout DVD's?

I am a huge fan of workout DVD's. They are less hassle than going to the gym, and you can get a really great workout! I do the Jillan Michael's 30 Day Shred on a regular basis, and I occasionally throw in Kickbox and Burn and No More Trouble Zones.

What are your favorites?

Leslie Sansone's Ultimate 5 day walk plan. Don't let the "walk" in the title bias you. I burned more calories and got in better shape than the 30 Day Shred. I lost one pound with the Shred and three with Leslie. In the entire scheme of things, Leslie works you and is upbeat, Jillian causes injuries and makes a person feel bad. If I had it all over to do again, I would do Leslie. I have done both with success. I totally agree about videos being convenient, they are structured and timed, which helps immensely for the working person.

I love JM dvds too. My favorites are the Kickbox Fast Fix and Extreme Shed & Shred.

If you have streaming, fitnessblender.com has workout videos for free. They have all types and intensities.
