Olive Spread VS Light Butter
Hi all, I see a lot of people using Olive spread instead of butter. I looked into the nutrition information and Light Olive spread has more fat and calories than Light butter. So I wonder what is the interest in the swap. Please tell me what you think.

Which on to believe for calories burnt
Hey guys, I go to the gym on a regular bases and at the end of my set I always take note of the calories burnt given to me by the machine. But I noticed when I enter my exercises in MFP he default amount of calories bunt is really higher. For example, for 15 minutes in the Xtrainer, the machine gives me 43 calories :smile:…

Losing my temper
Hey guys, I've been on a diet for 5 weeks now and lost 6 kilos (13 pounds) but I noticed something changed in me apart from my body, it's my temper. I'm usually pretty easy going and relaxed. I noticed recently that I became moody and over-sensitive. Did anyone else experience this kind of situation?

Low fat creamy sauce
Hey, I'm looking for a creamy sauce recipe that wouldn't compromise my diet. It's to bake with vegetables like cauliflower and broccoli. The usual Béchamel sauce with caramelized onions might not be a good idea. :cry: So I'm looking for suggestions. :bigsmile:
