Male Stop Challenge
Anyone want to start a weekly / monthly challenge? Something to motivate us and maybe get this forum going a little. I'm open for suggestions.

2014 goals (short and long term)
Short Term: 1. Get down to 188 lbs by the end of January (currently at 193) 2.
