how to gain muscle once at goal weight...?
Im at goal weight 125 and im 5'9" i still have a little lower belly pooch that i cant seem to get rid of but definatly dont want to look gross and under weight.. i would like to just start toning . wuestion is how do i just weight lift and not gain back all the previous weight? and do i add on calories or stay the same?

not getting full
Usually i get full pretty fast when eating and stay around 14-17oo cal a day but the last two days i have doubled that both days due to feeling like i am starving! literally! could that mean i have been to calorie deficit and my body is trying to catch up anyway it can>?

the calorie intake
on here it says my calories without exercise for the day shoudl be 1380.. often i have been feeling tired and one or two days twords the end of the week in starving by that point and eat more than that for sure to feel even full, on other sites it estimates to loose one lb a week like here to do around 1900 ... why is that…

lost everything but lower tummy...
I had a baby a year and a half ago, im so proud of all my progress but i feel like i have lost everything but the lower tummy, ive been lifting weights and whatnot to ad shape and muscle.. does anyone have tips on the lower tummy work outs? Also I have heard i should up my calories now that i am lifting weights to build…
