the calorie intake

on here it says my calories without exercise for the day shoudl be 1380.. often i have been feeling tired and one or two days twords the end of the week in starving by that point and eat more than that for sure to feel even full, on other sites it estimates to loose one lb a week like here to do around 1900 ... why is that such a difference?
