500 or 1000 calorie deficit?
I'm 167....wanting to get down to 140 maybe 130. So far...I've been eating a 1000 calorie deficit for over a month, MFP allots me 1500 cals/day. Is 1000 calorie deficit too much? Should I be eating at a 500 calorie deficit instead? Also...what are your opinions on Zig-zagging? MFP allots me 1500 cals/day however…

Should I be focusing on cardio or strength training?
Since I'm in the process of losing weight, should I be focusing on cardio, or strength training? Sometimes i feel like I shouldn't bother with strength training YET since I'm just trying to shed fat. Opinions?

I go the gym every day. I've been doing more weight training so I want to incorprotate more cardio. How much intense cardio should I be doing a day for fat loss. 20 minutes? 30? thanks !
