I'm going on a road trip in March for spring break..and its a 14 hour drive. What are some healthy/low cal snacks/meals I can pack? Thanks so much!

Will you have access to a small cooler or some kind of insulated lunch box type carrier? Some quick and easy options off the cuff would be:

    Veggie sticks & hummus
    Apples/celery & peanut butter
    Cheese & crackers
Home made trail mix (Mixing your own raw nuts/seeds + unsweetened dried fruit or dark chocolate etc)
    Popcorn
Seasoned & baked chickpeas/edamame beans (there are some great recipes)

If you have a cooler/lunchbox you could also try adding in cottage cheese or greek yogurt or premade smoothies. Hopefully that'll start you off with some ideas!

    Beef Jerky
    Hard boiled eggs
    Pumpkin seeds
    Cashews, almonds, peanuts, etc.
    Hard cheese
    Fruit
Make ahead Wraps-- cold grilled chicken strips, chopped romaine lettuce, shaved parmesan cheese and caesar dressing wrapped in low carb tortilla then wrap it in parchment paper and them double wrap in foil for the road. Keep in small cooler or insulated bag.
