I WAS SOOOO CLOSE TO JUST LEAVING MY HOUSE AND GOING OUT FOR A PIZZA OR A BURGER AND SOME ICECREAM!!! I HAD BEEN DOING ALL WEEK TILL TODAY!!!! IS THIS NORMAL?????

UGHHH SO I HATE THAT I DO THIS!!! I START DOING GOOD AND THEN LOSE ABOUT 10-15 LBS I START FEELING GOOD ABOUT THAT AND ABOUT MYSELF THAT I STOP EXERCISING AND WATCHING WHAT I EAT UNTIL I GAIN IT BACK. THEN I FEEL LIKE CRAP BECAUSE I GAIN IT BACK AND HATE LOOKING IN THE MIRROR AND FEEL OUTTA BREATH. I KNOW I HATE FEELING…

HEY GUYS, SO IVE BEEN USING MFP SINCE MARCH AND I DID GREAT UP UNTIL JUNE, I LOST A TOTAL OF 13 LBS AND NOW IVE GAINED 10 OF THOSE LBS BACK. AND NOW IM TRYING TO PICK MYSELF UP AND DO THIS ONCE AGAIN. I NEVER KNEW ABOUT THIS FORUM STUFF SO I HOPE TO FIND SOME ENCOURAGING STUFF HERE. THANKS AND I WILL BE IN TOUCH.
