NSV Chin Up my MFP!!
Long story short, I started a 2nd job 2 months ago that is very physically demanding lifting boxes that can weigh in excess of 100lbs. I was already lifting weights and still unable to do a single chin up. Yesterday I finally completed my very first set of 10 reps. I have never in my life dreamed of such a possibility.
