Help, Need to REBOOT

Short story,

I had a case of "lone" atrial fibrillation back in late August. My doctor has released me to resume my normal activity, I'm still able to run 3-4 miles but I have let myself go and eating whenever and whatever I want. It's going to be tough to fight the urge to eat the unhealthy foods i've began to crave again. Previously I weight 300+ lbs, and got all the way to 207, i'm now at 235 lbs :(. Any tips would be greatly appreciated,

Open your tracker and start tracking, repeat every day, the only way through it is to do it!

    Welcome back.

I'd say that CherylP67 has some great advice. It is very basic but it is the best place to start. I say that because I was doing great until last spring break. I had lost about 22lbs and was getting and feeling very fit. Went on vacation at the end of March and couldn't get back in the groove. Just started recently logging in MFP and already I am more aware of what I eat and drink and my workouts.

Good luck! You know how to do it because you already have done it! You just need to make the DECISION to do it.

Definitely start working on your nutrition first and slowly get back into your workouts. It'll take time but as long as you recommit daily you've got this! :)
