Logging foods before you eat them
Does anyone else do this? I plan out what I'm going to eat for the entire day and then I can eat that and know I'll be under my calorie goal. I also log my exercise. Seriously though, am I the only one?

So I love coffee. Thinspiration?
I know it's bad and promotes eating disorders, but I use deadmau5 as motivation (even though he's of the opposite sex and technically underweight). Just sharing, can anyone relate?

Not sure if I want "skinny" or "fit"
I could never get muscles. After 1 year of hard training every day (when I was like 17) I could never get muscles or anything. Hating the "miracle" ads
Has anyone else seen those "holy grail of weight loss" ads when just surfing the net? Makes me mad. You can't just eat one thing and never diet again, it doesn't work like that. I mean, come on. It makes me sad to think people are buying into it, too. Thoughts?
