Coffee

My last thread became a fight so I'm starting a new one. About coffee. Because coffee is the best thing that has ever happened to mankind.

A fight? Drama queen much? People were merely giving suggestions to you in regards to concerns. I love coffee...

When you post on another thread that you maintain a 600 calorie intake daily, it brings out the Anorexic in me to plead with you to research what an ED actually is.

I fear that you are flirting with something that is larger than just a phase.

Please take good care to not go down that awful path.

You are young and beautiful and have a purpose. Find it and run with it. I think you said you like music...great...start writing your own songs...do a YouTube thing.

Do something to add to your life...not take away.

    Best wishes.

Your last thread didn't become a fight; you just ducked out because people were showing open concern for you. Don't post on a health and fitness forum about how you're "staying healthy" by replacing real food with something that contains virtually no nutritional value.

Agree with everyone's else comments and concerns, but on the subject of coffee, yes it is great.

I can't do without! But I limit it to one or two cups of 1/2 caff in the morning, and then try to drink a cup of hot decaf green tea which is a good system-cleaner and I hear helps lower blood pressure (I love salt!). I can live now with a decent night's rest (at least six hours) and then minimal caffeine. Excess raises cortisol levels and, consequently, belly fat.

Coffee is great, especially Jamaican coffee, and I can't imagine life without it, but the best thing ever is chocolate. No question.

I love coffee. The hardest thing about being pregnant is restricting my coffee lol. Decaf is ok though.....

I also like eating more than 600 calories a day though, almost as much as I like coffee! My 2 year old doesn't eat a lot, but I'm fairly sure even she has more than 600 calories a day!
