I will say that my mother has a teaspoon of Splenda in her coffee every morning and finds it very difficult to lose weight. Our bodies aren't used to it and don't know how to metabolise it. You're better off just eating sugar in smaller quantities.

"If you drink Diet Coke then you can make up for the calories with treats!" Lolno.

I used to have Kraft, but switched to Smuckers and now just make my own. I recently tried the Kraft a again and it tastes like plastic. I used to love it but now it's just inedible.

The right way to do it ^^^

Chocolate fudge sounds good. *drools* Yes, I just resurrected this thread.
-
If it's too bitter then the trick is to do other stuff with it - for a treat you could dip strawberries in it or something. I know of people who melt it, mix in stevia then shove it in the freezer, but I've never tried that. Or just eat the chocolate you like smaller doses - a little chocolate never killed anyone!
-
What I forgot to include ^^^ the higher the cocoa solid percentage the better. Lindt makes an awesome 99.9% dark chocolate that's amazing. Having two squares of that is infinitely better for you than two squares of white chocolate.

Toronto here. Out of desperation and annoyance at seeing Kraft Dinner referred to as Mac and Cheese, I googled "myfitnesspal canada". I was not disappointed.

But vegetables and things don't? Interesting.

What does bump even mean?
-
Because sugar releases dopamine, or "pleasure signals". That why humans crave it over other foods.
-
Dark chocolate is still full of sugar, but if you're only having one or two squares a day then you're fine. That being said, you don't need permission to eat chocolate. Just make sure all your macros are good, and have fun.

Shut up, and speak English.

Meh. I can always make a new one. Besides, it's probably a phase that will pass - see, this guy is my thinspiration. http://www.bing.com/images/search?q=joel+zimmerman&FORM=HDRSC2

Good for you. I have rowing later on.
-
No, I do it with a rubber strip that stretches out like elastic. There's probably a name for it. I use it to do bicep curls while I squat.

I don't think he looks sick. http://www.bing.com/images/search?q=joel+zimmerman&FORM=HDRSC2

Look at the original post - it's no wind up

Like I didn't know that already.

I didn't leave. What does hangry even mean?
-
But the point is, I'm going to be ok regardless of anything that happens here.
-
How so? That's technically not the end of the world.
-
That's a legit binge, even I know that.
-
I didn't need someone to convince me to continue drinking coffee, lol.
-
No need to be so harsh, it's just a few calories. Not the end of the world.
-
Remember to bring your wallet with you everywhere you go. It's hella embarrassing if you forget.
-
I can't even make sense of that. You think it's right or wrong?
