I was sugar free for over a year. I went through hard year in 2013 even though I didn't go over my calorie count , I became addicted to sugar starting Thanksgiving.
I had sugar daily in form of deserts. Dec. 30. 2013 I knew I had been turning to sugar again to combat physical pain ,severe depression.
I am back to withdrawal pains of kicking sugar addiction, counting carbs, keeping protein high, try to eat clean of processed foods. I love Chocolate Chewy Brownies I am going to give this a try. Thanks for recipe.0 -

Here are the conversions (I think!):
yogurt: 3/4 C
oats: .17 C
cocoa: 1/4 C
sweetener: .10 C
milk: 1.70 oz
I will have to do further investigation of the measurements when I attempt the recipe hehe0 -
