Do you count the calories burned by just walking around the house/job all day or is the excercise I track only supposed to come from specifice exercising I do above and beyond that?
I've been walking/running on the treadmill for 2 1/2 months and have cutting and tracking my calories for a couple weeks and have not lost an ounce. I went to this from nothing.
