Zig Zag Dieting
So, I've been looking into trying a zig zag diet...however, MFP calculates my net as 1560 cals a day. I researched a "zig zag calculator" & they all shift from 2200 to 2450. First post! lol. ok well, I just started dieting, & ive noticed that i'm running to the bathroom quite often......this diet is actually requiring me to eat MORE than I usually do.
