Someone on mfp asked what web site would have "eat clean train dirty" shirts. On one of the sites that was mentioned had shorts that said "nice glutes" "glutes" and other lifting sayings on shirts. For the life of me I can't find the web site again! Help! Anyone know what im talking about??????

over working my body?
I was running between 5.5 and 7 miles at 2% then lifting (I can't work out everyday) and for the past couple months I've been about 120-123lbs. This last week I did about 3 miles combined with level 2 of 30day shred. I did that two times and one day with a long run and I lost about 5lbs last week!!!!! What is going…

dog bite!
I have been running outside every other day 5.5 miles. Today I was on my last 1/2 mile and two jack russells came on the road barking, grawling, hair standing on end, and biting me! They took two huge holes out of my jogging pants and broke the skin on my ankle! Ahg time to get me some pepper spray!!!!

surprised myself! !
I used to hate running and have only been in the gym on a tredmil, until yesterday. My truck wouldn't start so I decided forum outside instead. I ran for an hour and thought it might be close to what I usually run in the gym (3.5) but wasn't sure. I clocked it and I ran 5.5 miles in exactly one hour!!!!! Im so excited…

start running a 1/2 marathon? ?
I want to start running races but have idea where to start...help!! I run about 3.5-4 miles a day at an incline. Don't know what to do from here.
