Hey everyone! I was just wondering if there's any figure or bikini fitness women out there. I want to get involved but have no idea where to start. My husbands friend is into body building and put the idea in my head. Any info at all would help thanks. :)

Hoping this will be my next goal reached!

    Me too.... I'm reading Oxygen Magazine, which has good info.... but I need help getting serious. I've just been trying to eat clean, exercise more, etc. But I would love to see someone else's meal plans for guidance. Thank you for posting.

    I hope we can boost more interest out there =)
