"Chocolate" Greek Yogurt
1 cup greek yogurt 2T cocoa powder 2T powdered sugar its 204 calories but yummy and so filling to me.... I guess you could use Steiva or even Agava but I chose sugar today.

I am struggling with my day off. I know I need one to recover but I am just so nervious about taking a day off and not going back to it again.
