and I am not talking bout food.... hate em. Working with a trainer but still have them. Wishing they would just go away already. How come no on the Biggest Loser seems to have them like me????? I have been losing weight for two years.... whats the deal?????

I call them bat wings. While my upper arms have gotten smaller, they still continue to wave even when I have stopped. I have started some weight training and tricep dips to try and help, and I can see where muscle is building, but that darn flab is just not budging. From what I have read, it just takes time, but I want those nice sculpted arms now! If you discover the secret, please let me know.0
