Lose Weight By Walking?
I love walking, but I have tried running and seem to get tired very easily, If i eat 1200-1500 Calories a day and do 1 hour of fast walking, will i lose weight? Also any advice you could give me?

White Rice while losing Weight?
So white rice is a staple of my diet. I've heard allot of people saying white rice is bad for your diet and considered a carb. In my house my family only cooks white rice. I know brown rice has more nutrients and stuff, but talking about weight loss is it Fine to eat? Thanks :)

Eating 1200 Cals and burning 200?
So im not a very active person, however, Everyday i go walking at a 4mph pace for around 30-45 minutes And i eat quite allot, healthy stuff that is Today i ate one WHOLE grilled tilapia fish. Can anyone look at me food diary and see if i can improve anything, Im a new member btw! :)
