So im not a very active person, however, Everyday i go walking at a 4mph pace for around 30-45 minutes
And i eat quite allot, healthy stuff that is
Today i ate one WHOLE grilled tilapia fish.
Can anyone look at me food diary and see if i can improve anything, Im a new member btw!

First, 1000 net calories per day is dangerously low.
Second, the public can't view your diary unless you change the privacy settings first.
Settings > Diary Settings > Diary Sharing > Public.0 -
