What is the deal with sodium causing water to be retained? I can't believe how much sodium canned soup has. I'm afraid I'm going to have to give up canned soup. That's OK though because I like making my own anyway. Most food I buy in the grocery store is way too salty for me anyway.
I've been enjoying my 20 roasted peanuts in shell each day but they are over 200 calories. I was wondering if I didn't eat those peanuts maybe I could have a veggie and hummus sandwich on flat bread and feel a bit more full?
