And started losing weight.....Thread after thread I have read that if you aren't losing try uping your calories, but never I have heard anyone who actually has been successful. I need some reassurance!! It's scary! Please tell me your story!!!
Just wondering if it's normal for it to take a while to start losing or if I need to adjust things to see some results.
I have been working out 5 days a week and pretty good at staying under my calories (for the most part) and haven't lost any weight....IN 3 MONTHS!!!!!!! When will I start to see some weight come off.....the only thing is my pants feel a little better and I have more balance and energy........
