Not Losing

I have been working out 5 days a week and pretty good at staying under my calories (for the most part) and haven't lost any weight....IN 3 MONTHS!!!!!!! When will I start to see some weight come off.....the only thing is my pants feel a little better and I have more balance and energy........

Don't always go by what the scale tells you! Sometimes the scale isn't the greatest indicator of any success in a weight loss journey. Take your measurements if you haven't already. That is the true sight at the progress you are making.
Muscle weighs more than fat so you could be losing fat but gaining muscle which is not a bad thing! If you are working out heavily are you eating a bit more? I would never eat less than the 1200 calories which is recommended as the lowest amount one should consume for healthy weight loss.
Maybe change things up a bit? If you are working out doing the same exercise day in day out your body can get used to it and not lose. Same with eating.
When I lost a bunch of weight a few years back I noticed I was sitting still weight wise. So each day I would eat a different mix of foods and calorie amounts. Some days I'd be under, some way over the limit given. It worked for me. Always good to mix things up.
