Does sweating mean your losing weight?!
I work about 6 days a week sometimes up to 9 hour days with a cleaning company. Every day I go in clean and smelling good and by the time we get done with just one job I'm sweaty and smelling like a cow. What are your thoughts? Is it a smart choice or not? I get on my elliptical quite a few times so I'm pretty sure I'll work it off mostly. I also eat it plain, no sauce.

I graze, like the cow I am! I hae my breakfast which is small, and my lunch which is small. Then I have my Slimfast for the night. saggy tummy?
I'm overweight by about 100 pounds. I already have problems with my lower stomach, which I have heard is the hardest part of the stomach to tone up. Has anyone here lost that kind of weight and overcome that kind of lower stomach problem? Or anyone in this situation, or any ideas?! I don't want to be alone in this :)
