My weight is starting to look like a parabola - on the way back up.
I weigh every day with the Withings Scale so I have tons of weight data from every morning for the last year. From May - December last year, I lost 50 lbs. My lowest recorded weight was 259.5. How do you log something like this??
You are out at a restaurant. There is no food scale. There is no recipe. Just this in front of you. Balsamic salmon on sweet potato corn cake on spinach bed: http://imgur.com/Gi93w1b The big chains usually post calories but not so many other restaurants.

Push mowing - count as exercise??
MFP is set to my sedentary lifestyle. When I push mow my yard, should I add this as exercise? With my heart monitor on, the apps estimate 800-1000 calories when I do my yard.... Not that I want to eat these back....
