My body strength is plenty sufficient to do proper form pushups. However, my stomach is too large to get full range of motion. Am i doomed to incline/declines until later date? Anyone similar?
Do your muscles know the difference between doing, let’s say, 1 pushup per hour for 16 hours versus 16 straight pushups?
Hello everyone. I'm really excited about Myfitnesspal. It is really making it enjoyable and easy to stick to my new health plan. Although i am having some trouble early on reaching my Potassium goal. Not worried, though. I'm down 10 pounds already and feel great and inspired.
