Peak Metabolic Times?
Hi all, quick question: Is there such thing as peak metabolic times throughout the day? If so, how would you figure them out and is it only on a specific diet? My BF (also attempting to lose fat) says he's figured his out and has to eat at specific times and I'm wondering if he's just full of hooey. Thanks!
