Hi! I just signed up for a half-marathon at the end of September. I'm a beginner and not the best runner, but I am determined to do this. Any tips on a good training app? I've heard of Hal Higdon and Couch to Half Marathon, but I don't really know anything about them. Any thoughts?

Hi Everyone: I just bought the Vega One Chocolate flavor - I tried it for the first time last night and I think it is way too sweet! I'm the type that doesn't even put sugar in my coffee, so maybe I'm extra sensitive, but the stevia is just too much for me. Any suggestions on how to make this less sweet? It was hard for me…
