I'm 5'2" and about 114lbs right now. I think I look best between 105-110 so that's where I'm trying to get, although more interested in general toning then the scale!

For me, the weight loss goal from MFP suggests 1200 calories.. I cannot live on that! I took some suggestions from people on here and decided to calculate my TDEE (google TDEE calculator). Then I subtracted 20% of the calories to get my calorie goal. Interestingly, that calorie amount is about the same as if I set MFP to…

Yes - I'm moving to a new city soon so I will probably join a running club and a new gym - hopefully they will help keep me on track. I downloaded 5k runmeter for now because it syncs with MFP and has options to increase to half marathon - I'll see how the baby steps go =) Thanks, again!

Thank you for the tips! You are right -most important is that I stick with whatever training program I choose =)

Anyone can add me too! I'm on here everyday with an open diary =)

Bump - I'm in the same boat. Starting to increase my use of protein shakes - hopefully that will do the trick.

I drink the chocolate Vega One shake - it's great with unsweetened almond milk. I like that it has greens - it just seems healthier. Only downside is it doesn't fill me up as a breakfast - only fills me up for a couple of hours. I was thinking of trying shakeology but it's so expensive - but I've heard it's a little more…

I'm the exact same way - it is really annoying! I hate that a couple of pounds can ruin my mood so much but it's so noticeable!

I know it's discouraging but you did what was best for your health so please try not to feel bad! You will get back on track!

I'm in the same boat too! That's amazing that you had to bump your calories up that much to lose the last of the weight - very impressive weight loss!!

I agree with this post. People like to have company when they are indulging so they don't feel as bad. Don't fall for it!! Unless you want to, of course. Be true to the diet you want to have and don't feel bad if you don't want to eat something. I get a lot of crap from people about my dietary choices, and I've learned to…
