Quit Date Set
Yesterday I set a quit date of Saturday the 21st! Im doing this coooold turkey. I know I can do this, and talked to my husband and children about it and the support that will be needed from them during this process. I am looking forward to the support of a group of others quitting or already quit. I know this wont be easy…
