Cooldown Stretches
Anybody have any good cooldown stretches? I have started going back to the gym and even though I do the elliptical, for the next few days, my thighs are really tight. Like to the point where I feel it getting out of my seat. Thanks :)

Dumb question but...
How can I keep from feeling hungry? For example, I ate a reasonable sized homemade salad for dinner this evening (appx 3 cups of salad mix, w/ light dressing), which included a drained can of tuna, and 5 hours later, I'm already hungry again.
