Has anybody tried this??? I got some drops when there was a groupon out for them but idk.... If you have tried this let me know how it worked, IF it worked and of any side effects that you had
Off beat excercise. flash light dancing in the Dark!!
So This Weekend I did some flash light dancing in the dark with my 3 yr old for an hour and it was the best!!! I was sweating like crazy we danced around the living room to all kinds of music, She had a blast and so did I it was great time to spend with her and excellent excercise. Wondering if anybody else cared to share…
