New to site
Hey everyone! I'm new to this - 52 years old and really suffering from Thyroid and Menapause...holy crap I just seem to continue to gain weight. I'm on a 1200-1400 calorie per day diet; but I feel like I retain a ton of water or liquid. I drink about 60 ounces of water a day. Live in a hot climate. I work out with a…
