I do these and love it, I can log 5 miles through out the day. just remember, exercise is accumulative throughout the day. Do not think you have to do it all at once.

My advice, take "baby" steps; walk around the block, once then twice, etc. When I first started walking; I only could do the teadmill for about 10 minutes then I wass exhausted. I just finished a 45 minute walk - just put your Ipod in and go. Get a wagon for your daughter and let her ride along - she'll love it:love: :wink:
