HI I'm Lou and I'm from Montreal, Canada.
I've always been overweight and I really want to loose that bellY! :P I have a 2 years old daughter and work full time so it's a little hard for me to find the time to exercice and eat well. My advice, take "baby" steps; walk around the block, once then twice, etc. When I first started walking; I only could do the teadmill for about 10 minutes then I wass exhausted. I just finished a 45 minute walk - just put your Ipod in and go. Get a wagon for your daughter and let her ride along - she'll love it0
