I just got a popsicle mold and I'm dying to make some cheap and healthy popsicles! I LOVE frutare bars, but even with coupons they can get pricey. Any ideas on what flavors/recipes I should use!? I have some frozen fruit, flavored water, and a few Crystal Light mixes but I can go out and get anything.

What do you do to spice up a bag of frozen mixed veggies? How do you cook them?

Make my roasted brussel sprouts crispy?
How do I get them nice and crispy on the outside? I usually cut them in half and bake them at 375F for about 20 minutes then flip them, add spices, and broil them for 5 minutes. Is there a way to get them a little crispier like my mom always used to?

Starting over
After high school I went from 205 lbs to 155 lbs. I never reached my goal but I felt fantastic.
