Dawn Phenomenon
Is anyone else dealing with dawn phenomenon. When I get up in the morning 4am I have a blood glucose readings from 100 to 121. I am not a diabetic, but I bought the meter so I could check my blood and ketone levels. When I test again around 10 am it is between 87 and 95. Any advise.........
