Add me, please. I started Keto June 27th and IF a week ago. I am finding it easy to follow. Weight is coming off not as fast as I would like, but then it never can be fast enough. I have basically given myself a year to lose the 70 lbs and to keep it off by keeping this lifestyle of eating.

SW 213 June 27, 2016 CW 206.6 GW 150 On Monday threw in IF 16/8 to see how things would go. So far I like doing it with Keto not hungry and have energy. Will see what the scales say on Monday next week. :)

You need to make your diary public otherwise we can't look at it. Anyways, Use coconut oil, butter, avocados. Make some fat bombs, my favorite are choc. peanut butter fat bombs. By the way, congrats on the weight you already have losts!

This is my first week....Today is a DD which I have no trouble doing. Monday I get to weight myself. I didn't measure myself but hopefully the clothes will tell the tale. I am going to keep my fingers crossed that in three weeks time I have your success!
