30DS question?
I decided to try to start up 30DS today and I noticed that its significantly easier than it used to be for me (level one). I was just wondering if its alright for me to go ahead and jump into level 2 for the next 19 days instead of continuing level one? Has anyone else done this?

Long story short, I make smoothies and they turn out horrible even if I follow recipes. Any tips or quick rundowns of how y'all make your smoothies so I can get a little help? Who knew something so simple could turn disastrous for me, all I want is so some fruity goodness. :grumble:

Trying to lose 50lbs by middle of Summer '14.
Hello, I'll start off by saying I'm 17, 5'2, 190lbs and have been relatively big my whole life. I've tried nearly every diet fad there is and have even resorted to doing things not healthy for my body at all. But this time, I'm going to do something do-able for the rest of my life.
