30DS question?

I decided to try to start up 30DS today and I noticed that its significantly easier than it used to be for me (level one). I was just wondering if its alright for me to go ahead and jump into level 2 for the next 19 days instead of continuing level one? Has anyone else done this?

Yeah, I used to do random levels of the shred depending on how I was feeling in any given day. Either way it's still a full workout. If you're finding the shred too easy - have you tried Ripped in 30? That ups the ante a bit :)

No workout is made for everyone, feel free to jump ahead. I actually liked the cardio in level one better than the others (because at the end she does it all together) and sometimes would do that for a quick workout even after I had moved on.

I FF'd doing T25 because I knew I could move on before a month...listen to your body, mix it up depending how you feel that day.

I never stick with level one for more than a few days as I find it too easy, I just do morw level 2 instead (done the shred a few times!)
