Calories from Juice Pulp
Hello all, I tried searching for an answer but not having much luck. For breakfast this morning, I mixed in the pulp remaining from my juicer into my yogurt. How do I calculate the nutrition info of the pulp? Would it be equivalent to the whole vegetable used? Thank you!

Saying hello
Hello and good morning! I just restarted C25K yesterday and this is it for me. I had completed it several years ago but stopped running when I found out I was pregnant and it took me awhile to start up again. But I am back and this time it is for good. Looking forward to getting to know everyone.

Trying Again
I am an off and on again member, but it has been almost 3 years since I was really active (I can't remember the name I used then). I was eating healthy and completed 2 rounds of Insanity. I was stronger than I had ever been and it felt amazing. I am trying to get back that motivation. I know that one difference back then…

Excited to be back...
The basics- 5’3” 157lbs 38% body fat I have stopped and started so many times I have lost count. I am finally frustrated enough with myself to make it stick. I thought it was just nursing but my husband said he does it when he takes the bottle too. I have tried all different settings but the reaction is the…

Output difference
Does anyone else have a difference on how much milk each breast produces? I usually get 1-2 ounces more on my left side than I do my right. I try to keep him latched to each side about the same amount of time each time he nurses but he has always seemed to like the left side better too. I was just curious to see if this…

Hi Everyone!
So glad to have found this board! I am currently nursing and pumping for a 9 month old who loves to eat. It is my second time around but such a different experience from the first time. By the time my daughter was 4 months old, I was having supply issues and started to supplement with formula and she weaned herself by 11…
