The basics-
5’3”
157lbs
38% body fat
I have stopped and started so many times I have lost count. I am finally frustrated enough with myself to make it stick. I am a few pounds shy of being at my heaviest weight ever and I hate getting dressed in the morning. I think part of my problem was that I tried doing too much at once, so this time, I am slowing adding things in. I tracked everything I ate this week and worked on getting close to my calorie goals. Tracking has been a huge eye opener and I am motivated to come up with a healthier meal plan. I re-started C25K and doing other small cardio workouts throughout the week, eventually I will start incorporating strength training. Small victory – last night there were so many little reasons to skip the gym but I found that I really wanted to go.
I deleted my old account last year in hopes of starting fresh and I really regret that now. I was involved in few different groups that challenged the members with different workouts and I really enjoyed it. I look forward to getting to know new people and getting back to where I want to be.
