What's up with me?
I'm doing pretty good nutritionally. Not overindulging (too often), eating fruits and veggies, and not craving sweets. HOWEVER, for one meal every 2 or 3 days, I am a bottomless pit! DUH!
I feel so stupid I just have to share this. I'm not a beer drinker (seriously can't stand the stuff) but I like vodka, rum, whiskey, etc on occasion. I always sort of figured they were a caloric freebie. How naive!!! I would mix vanilla vodka and coconut rum with Sprite Zero and think I was getting an awesome 0 cal drink.…
