Hello,. Back to MFP after long break. Unfortunately rebounding is my best trick. Always manage to loose 2 stone...get stuck..and give up... pile it back on. And repeat! Hoping to start again without the rebound thus time. Fingers crossed. Linda Northern Ireland.
