HI all

New to MFP. just starting out on new attempt at weight loss, this time no fancy diets or programmes..
the Old fashioned way, Calorie counting and exercise................ Gotta put out more than I put in!

Starting with a target of 1270 calories a day and 1hour of brisk walking every other day.
Not really setting any time goal , weight loss goal is 70lb, hoping to loose around1- 2lb per week... Do you think this is sustainable?
Going to make myself log in a record every day, If I can check facebook daily then I can MFP everyday too.
Been reading some the the success stories and helps with motivation, so keep them coming please.

    best of luck to you Linda - sounds like we are in the same boat
    i'll get out walking again soon as the ice and snow melt away
