Day #2 df my lap swimming
I did 100 lengths in 45 minutes today and really wNt to do a full hour of straight swimming, so I knocked out 20 more lengths.then I did some water aerobics for 30 minutes using the water dumbbells (styrofoam)... Total workout for me today was 1 1/2 hours and I burned 1,022 calories.

Day #1 of swimming
My laps again.....I haven't swam in about eight months and today I got my butt in the pool and swam 100 lengths in one hour...then I did some water aerobics for about 25 minutes....I burned over 900 calories...I love to swim!

GREAT WORKOUT TODAY!I
I had a great 2 1/2 hour workout today! Feels so good to be working out again. Mon, Wed and Fridays are my long workout days as I do weight machines, free weights and cardio. Tuesday and Thursday I do mostly just Cardio. Saturdays I clean the house and Sunday is my "free" day for ME!
